The only reason I finished this book is because I paid it. Liking stories about the Viking era, I have read many books about the subject, but none as terrible as these saga. A total waste of time and money.It's the story of a superman dressed as a Viking who almost kills his enemies at will. Never is wrong, he outwits EVERY single one, and his enemies run at his mere sight. Surrounded by stupid and inept armies, he never fails....
If you like unrepentant fantasies of super heroes, this is your book. Me? Never again read this guy.

Good, quick read. Plenty of action and not a little suspense.
Great Series. I have yet to be disappointed with any book by Griff Hosker.

This is a very engaging series. Every time I think I'm going to take a break, I change my mind. Maybe after the next one.
Fast paced story...well developed characters...insightful of this time of history...also into the life challenges and streeses facing the people of those times
Another novel, another cracking good story from the author. Griff spins a mean tale, how he does it I won't venture to guess, but I truly enjoy reading about it, and so will you.
Great read full of adventure. Has everything you expect in a Viking story. Wonderful tales about human struggle to survive, grow and succeed. Words like courage, honesty, duty and sacrifice capture your imagination. It is great to be able to feel excitement about a character who captures your enthusiasm after finishing the Dragon Heart Series. Thank you for Horf the Horseman. Hope we see many more books about him.
